Welcome to our school. This small village school was established in 1878 and is situated in the peaceful and picturesque village of Old Denham.

 

We aim to provide a traditional ethos coupled with the highest educational standards.  Our school moto is:

                 

                    'Success for All'

 

There is a playground at the front of the school and a large playing field at the back which boasts a pretty garden and an environmental area.

During the summer term children have the opportunity to enjoy a picnic lunch outside on the field, under the shade of the trees. This year they will be able to enjoy the new outdoor toys and equipment recently purchased by the school.

Thanks to the continued support and generosity of the parents, we are able to purchase playground equipment and apparatus such as this wonderful climbing frame and seat for our school field.

 

Recently, a new fundraising commitee has been set up with the aim of raising money to provide the children with valuable resources and equipment. You can find out more about Friends of Denham Village Infant School on the Governors page.

To celebrate the  millennium we built our 'Millennium Wall'.

Pupils, parents and staff (past and present) are able to purchase their own personalised brick to add to the wall.

 

We hope you enjoy looking at our website and hope it gives you an idea of the wonderful things the children and staff achieve.

  The school has purchased brand new computers for the classrooms. Each classroom has also been updated with an interactive whiteboard.
